Just in case you've never done a video interview before, we wanted to make sure we provided you with information to have a successful interview. Below, we've provided you with information about the virtual hiring process, a link to download Microsoft Teams, and some tips to ace your interview.

After you apply for your position, our hiring team will select qualified candidates to interview. If you're one of them, we'll reach out and find a time that works for you to interview with us. Here's what happens next:

Do I have to purchase Microsoft Teams to interview? NOPE! You can join a meeting as a guest.
Can I interview on my phone? YES! Read our tips below to make sure you have a great interview on your smartphone.
Do I need an internet connection? YES. Make sure your connection is working prior to your interview.
Will you be recording my interview? NO! We don't record interviews.
Is this interview live or pre-recorded? LIVE! It's just like a regular interview, except you'll be on camera.
When will I know if I got the job? 1-2 days after your interview
Do employees really get free doughnuts? YES! A dozen a week!

If you're quarantined with a bunch of family and/or friends, maybe the only quiet place to interview is a bedroom. And that can be weird, right? Thankfully, Microsoft Teams has a setting for that!
How to change your video background on Teams
While you're setting up your video and audio before joining a meeting, select Background effects. It's just to the right of the mic switch. Your background options will display on the right.
Choose Blur to blur your background. You'll appear nice and clear while everything behind you is subtly concealed.
You can also replace your background with one of the images provided.

In addition, we have established a process for identifying and quickly responding to any team member who shows Coronavirus symptoms or who is diagnosed with the virus. For the added protection of our guests and team members, our dine-in areas and front counters are closed.
Our drive-thrus are open and door-side pick-up is available. We continue to do our very best to deliver the joy that is Krispy Kreme during the pandemic while always putting the health and safety of our team members and guests first.
